Terms of Service

Hiring kits are licensed for internal use by the purchasing hospital (or up to 10 hospitals under the Health System / Network License). Kits may not be resold or redistributed.

Digital products are non-refundable once delivered. On-site hiring days are fully refundable if cancelled at least 14 days before the scheduled date. Travel and lodging are billed at cost.

CNO Recruiter provides tools, consulting and contingency search. Kits and hiring days do not guarantee a hire. Contingency searches are governed by a separate signed search agreement, which sets the fee and the only guarantee that applies. All hiring decisions remain with your organization.

Delivery. Hiring kits are delivered as PDF files by email to the address used at checkout, usually within 1 business day. If your kit hasn't arrived, email info@cnorecruiter.com and we'll resend it.

Ownership. CNO Recruiter keeps all rights in its kits, scorecards and other materials. Your purchase gives you a license to use them as described above; it does not transfer ownership.

Not legal or HR advice. Our materials are general hiring guidance, not legal, HR, licensing or compliance advice. You are responsible for following all employment laws and your own policies. See our Disclaimer.

Limitation of liability. Kits and materials are provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a kit or on-site day is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.
